Shakespeare in the Rookery – A Midsummer Night's Dream

Shakespeare’s wonderful fantasy comedy has always been a firm favourite for open-air production. As in the Bard’s day, Festival Players International will be performing with an all-male company of skilled professional actors, and invite you to share in the colour, poetry, and magical mayhem of this unique and amazing play. A Summer treat for the whole family.

CLIP Theatre - Newborn Class

Age range: 0m to 6m

CLIP are back with their newborn session with a clientele of five households per session all safely distanced. CLIP make spellbinding arts for the u-5s. With all the usual fun, comedy, joy and creativity of CLIP but gentler, these park sessions are a powerful workout for developing minds, but they're great fun too. CLIP will bring you the joy of live classes this summer. Fully adapted for our new environment, CLIP is here for you and yours, always.

17th July - Rookery Farmers Market

A monthly farmers market - every third Saturday 10am to 3pm until November. Food, drink, music.

This month, we have a live music and dance show at the market this month - Chalguh Chengi between 2 and 3pm.

A high energy, family friendly experience, introducing the unique musical instruments, songs and dances of the Balkans, Turkey and Middle East.
