SCCoop is supported by Douglas & Gordon

SCCoop is delighted that Douglas & Gordon is supporting us in a major deal that enables us to build on the work we have done to date and look to add some exciting new projects in the future. This will make a real different to what we can achieve and we are hugely thankful to Douglas & Gordon for considering SCCoop, the Rookery and Streatham Common for this support, both financial and practical. We look forward to working with Douglas & Gordon over the coming years.

Douglas & Gordon has had a presence across south-west London for decades, but their most recent activity shows them moving into Streatham, where they have launched a new ‘hybrid-style’ model. They will have dedicated property brokers working remotely, seven days a week, at times convenient to their clients.

Local amenities play a big part in a community, so Douglas & Gordon has chosen not to open a physical high street office. There are plenty of estate agent’s offices already taking up prime spots on the high street, and they believe residents would rather these spaces are freed up for local businesses like coffee shops, bars and restaurants or independent shops.

Douglas & Gordon CEO James Evans says, " Supporting local charities, businesses and schools has always been important to Douglas & Gordon. They are the building blocks for our wonderful communities across London. We are really excited to be supporting Streatham Common Co-Operative and hope that we can help them make a difference to such a hidden gem in south-west London"

SCCoop is delighted that Kapow Network is now our Official Media Partner.

Kapow has a screens in local shops, bars and restaurants across Streatham, and our partnership agreement enables SCCoop to quickly reach a wide audience across the local community in Streatham, providing up-to-date details about our events and activities.

Richard Payne Chair of the SCCoop board says "Kapow have really helped us get our messages out to the community in a really quick, efficient and effective way. "
